Artist of The Week: Cults

New album for this week would be the debut from alternative duo, known as simply Cults. I've read about the review in the paper and thought that I'd give it a try. Madeline's voice (the lead singer) is haunting but the throughout the 11 monotonous tracks - it became too repetitive. Each tracks were good but at one time, all sounded familiar. My favorite would be You Know What I Mean, Most Wanted, Oh My God and Bumper. Some of the songs like You Know What I Mean makes you feel like you want to roll around the park and sleep while some just makes you want to throw things. Either way, pretty good try for an indie pop album.
