Of That Brazilian Bird, Brazilian Wax and Those Brazilian Mafias

2011 must be the year of "welcome to Brazil". The tourism board over there is having a blast with of these movies that centers around their city. Except for Thor of course.

Wanted to update this for long time. Rio was FUN. FUNNY and just FUN. duh. I could hear that facebook actor voice all over the movie. But nevertheless, it goes well with the character of Blu. The movie is just fun to watch, simple plot and cute cute scenes. In animation, cute is the key. It makes the audience goes "awww" like in most of the scenes. My favorite would be Niegel. haha - 5/5

Thor is a disappointment. It looks rushed. Like the they want to have the team put together so bad that they just make do with each movie for character like how bad Iron Man 2 was. The effect and cgi was awesome but then again, it's supposed to be. I hate the ending which triggers more Thors and the plot isnt strong enough. Natalie Portman definitely stole the spotlight in this one but it feels weird watching her in this type of movie after an oscar. hah! - 3/5

Now Fast & Furious 5 - AWESOME. Never fails to impress. The whole team of that korean dude, vin, the rock, mia and the other one mysterious hot skinny girl, ludacris goes well together. They're hilarious. The action scene did not dissapoint as well. You should watch the end part, the rob scene is like a whole new level. I was blown away. 5/5
