Kongsi-Kongsi The Priest or Borrow That Alien

First was Kongsi, another Malay gangster funny wannabe flick. It's weird that local flick just can't accept serious male heroes. They just have to goofy and lame.This movie is bad but it's not the worst. The jokes were funny at first but became repetative towards the end. The lead actor to me at one point was just over doing it.The only fun I had was memorizing the kelantanese dialect. Haha. I understand, and off to FB. This movie is best to be avoid. 2/5

As for Priest, it was ok. The effect and that constant mysterious angry look the main actor had feeds you the feeling that this movie is cool. That burlesque guy was just annoying. Action was pretty decent but what scared me the most is the shocking effect they try to put in almost every scene. I was jumping out from my seat, shocked by the sudden attack of the vampires. The plot was a bit weak, not challenging enough and sure enough - there will be a second flick. nevertheless fun. 3/5

Something Borrowed starred Kate Hudson and that Ginny girl. I like her! as for this movie, well same old same old. Spoiler alert - the ending is not what you would have expected. I sort of hating this movie just because of the ending. Cant believe she chosen Kate's guy when the other practically is in love with her. That office dude is really funny in this one. 3/5

Paul at first I thought was going to be REALLY funny. but what is was all about were just overflowing of cursing. That alien guy dude is really funny. But the rest of the cast simply just an add on. Not really that funny. The plot was kinda cute, reminded me of ET but with well, uglier cast. 2/5
