Artist of The Week: Markéta Irglová

The first time i listened to The Swell Season, that is when I fell in love with Marketa. Sure, Glen Hansard has a beautiful voice but Marketa's was more angelic and soulful. She actually released her solo project, Anar in 2011 with beautiful singles such as Crossroads and Go Back. But my favorite in this album is Your Company, a song entails of the feeling in missing someone that you were once close to, missing the company. Marketa's voice seriously pictured the pain of that.
