Artist of The Week: Birdy

Birdy or Jasmine Van den Bogaerde, is a folk english singer. Her self-titled debut album was just released last week and I'm currently putting this for a spin. She resembles alot like A Fine Frenzy with her chirpy, mellow acoustic tunes but with a huskier voice. My favorite would definitely be Skinny Love, I would say a better remake of the Bon Iver's classic. Her whole album is a remake of acoustic folk hits such as 1901 by Phoenix, People Who Help People by Cherry Blossom and my Shelter from my favorite indie band, XX.
