Artist of The Week: Emma Dean

She's quirky, seriously - weirdly cool. Her songs are more Katy Perry than Katy Perry is now. Her debut album, Dr Dream and the Imaginarium is quirkiness at its best. It;s a mix of pop rock and cabaret show. This Australian singer is already one of the lookout for 2011, so you know that she is good.

My favorite tracks would be Emma Dean Meets Dr.Dream, first single - Sincerely Fearful (lame MV), Bigger Than You Bigger Than Me, Thunder and No. It would take a few spin before you could really appreciate her music as her voice is very high so it tend to be annoying at times.
