Not introducing latest artist, actually her album was from 2009 - Laura Izibor is simply amazing and yet underrated. Her debut and the only album for now, Let The Truth Be Told is one great album. When I say great, the songs are all consistent, worth listening to and are not fillers. Don't Stay, Shine, If Tonight Is My Last and Carousel are all the amazing songs that are promoted.
The rest of the tracks for this 10 tracks album are awesome as well. Its perfect for late night listening when you want to listen to empowering bluesy songs. It instantly make you feel good about yourself. My favorite is I Dont Want You Back. Great lyrics it has. She is like an Irish version of Alicia Keys, meaning her flavor is more controlled than being all over the place, annoyingly.
Her second album is due soon. Can't wait!
