Went to my first Leadership Development Circle yesterday at Menara Maybank. I am so lucky, to be in the same hall as all of the GLC's CEO and HR Heads gathered. As I was ushering them, found myself being star struck, disbelief as the big bosses are all in front of me. The best part was memorizing their faces the day before so that it would be easier to recognize them later on. It's like one of the scene in Devil Wears Prada, where you would whisper to your colleges who is who. Lol.
And the best part from all of this? Ushering outside the door....next to tea break table. Uh yes. That table was evil to me yesterday. I found myself picking up food as I walkabout around that area...donuts/sandwiches...after another. sigh. Oh and did I mentioned that Dato Sri Idris Jala was the guest speaker *faint*. It was a good day. I am over the moon, still.
I am lucky. Saying it again.
